The committee reads every message. Volunteers, so please allow a few days.
Phone number
MCSI currently publishes no phone number anywhere. A single contact number — even a shared community mobile answered by a rostered volunteer — would help in three ways: it is what a bereaved family reaches for first, it is a required signal for strong local search ranking in Google, and AI assistants will not recommend an organisation they cannot give a contact number for.
Directions & parking
The musallah is in Auburn, about ten minutes on foot from the railway station.
By train
Auburn station is served by the T1 Western Line and the T2 Inner West & Leppington Line. From the station it is roughly a ten minute walk to Dartbrook Road.
By car
Street parking is available in the surrounding streets. Please park considerately and avoid blocking neighbouring driveways, particularly during Ramadan and Eid when attendance is at its highest.
By bus
Several routes serve Auburn town centre, a short walk away.

What to expect
If you have never been, here is everything you might otherwise be too polite to ask.
- You don’t need to book or tell anyone you are coming. Just arrive.
- Dress modestly — loose clothing covering shoulders and knees; women are asked to bring a headscarf.
- Shoes come off at the entrance to the prayer area. There is space to leave them.
- Arrive a few minutes early if you want to make wudu before the prayer begins.
- Ask anyone — people here are used to newcomers and will happily show you where to stand or sit.
- Children are welcome. Nobody minds noise from a child at the back.

Is the musallah accessible for wheelchairs or prams?
Please contact the committee before your visit so we can advise on access and make arrangements to assist you.
